Cancellations

I understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule your appointment.

I ask for a

48-hour notice for all cancellations

and rescheduled appointments,

so I may have time to fill your reservation.

There will be a 50% re-booking fee charged for all appointments with less than 48 hours' notice.

Please cancel/reschedule via phone or text, as Email and Social Media may not be seen in time!

I appreciate your consideration and understanding.

Pet's & Littles

We love the fuzzy ones & the cute little ones,

and I know you do too!

Unfortunately, we work

with chemicals, hot tools,

and very sharp implements

that can do harm to all if

we are not careful!

We CANNOT allow pets

in the salon.

Children ARE allowed in the salon when receiving services,

but must be supervised

at ALL times.

Living in Bend, we say, "if you don't like the weather, wait 15 minutes!"

Our winters can bring conditions that make it hard to

get around sometimes.

Luckily, our location is on the way to Mt. Bachelor, and they keep

Century Drive pretty clear.

Our parking lot is usually well maintained too.

In the event that conditions are dangerous or unnecessary to travel due to poor weather conditions,

you or I may need to cancel your appointment.
